Obviously there is a bar near by or you wouldn't be walking by.
Looks Anglican, but that's all I got. You already showed St. James, so that can't be it. Or can it, you wascally wabbit?
This building is on the north side of the block with St. James. I don't remember if it's connected to the cathederal or not.
It is the Parish House of the St. James Cathedral.
