Back in the late 70's and 80's this was the daily train, the Northlander, that ran from Moosonee through North Bay to Toronto. It was very cool and European. Sad to see it like this, but I suspect it's about to be cleaned up to be used as a static display near the North Bay waterfront.

I don't know how soon it will be cleaned-up. I've photographed this engine and cars for about 10 yrs.

Well, The ONR will have time on their hands soon, since they didn't get the GO Train contract. Maybe they'll "do this train up."

Is that train still there? Was there also another car, and where could that one be now?

Thank you very much.
