I have no idea which Toronto waterfront building this is that faces the lake and Center Island, but the interior with tree and slide (?) looks pretty intriguing from a cruise by on the lake.

...That would be the Corus Entertainment building or Corus Quay. It houses 24 television services and 3 radio stations such as the mighty Q-107. This is a pretty "far out and tubular" new building DUDE. The corkscrew you refer to is a slide allowing building occupants to take the express trip to the ground level from the third floor. This puts some fun back in the workplace and less load on the buildings elevators. For more info, surf Corus Quay and go to the gallery to see the inside of the building.

Cool!! After surviving the "crossing" I have to try that slide!
Boy that was quite a trip.
I used to work for them out here, couple of places. Never had a slide or a cool location like that!
