Yesterday afternoon, I went for my first bike ride of the year through town via the bike path along Chippewa Creek. It's pretty amazing to see some of the backyards and all the crap folks store there. This one in particular is really nasty.

Maybe it's one of those natural gardens?
I agree with Urban Cowboy. It IS a natural garden or something like it.
