Here in Northern Ontario I've seen many trees growing out of rocks and other weird places, but I've never seen a white pine grow out of a maple tree.

Now that is...very interesting
It certainly could produce a new wood hybrid. Soft hard wood or something. Weird stuff going on up north. Blame global warming for that too.
