By the looks of the round front parking lights, it's a '55 Ford. Another major difference between 55 and 56 Fords is that they were 6 volt in 55 and hard to start with the brand new overhead valve engines; 12 volts came in 56. For this car it is all probably academic 'cause it likely has a Russian tractor engine by now.
