If you said `quaint` to describe Oxford Mills, Ontario you`d be partly correct. It is, but it also is a `depressed` little village. Here is a photo depicting the `quaint` side of the village.

I like the "4H Club Leader lives here" sign in the window. Very quaint, indeed.
