Los Tres Amigos
Following the "undocking" on Saturday, we has a bit of a fiesta complete with bonfire, beverages, good company and food featuring Los Tres Amigos. As per usual, a great time was had by one and all.

beer can chicken! What a great way to cook a bird! people laugh when you say it, but it's really good! I assume the "undocking" was follwed in short order by "uncorking" and "unwinding"...
