Here is the sunset over Lake Nipissing yesterday afternoon.  It's really nice to see the sun in the sky longer and to see it set closer to the west (the right) each day.

It was a misty morning at the Poonamalie Lock on the Rideau River.

Rideau Canal

This is the part of the Rideau Canal that leads upriver to the Poonamalie Lock at the beginning of Rideau Lake.  We spent 4 days cruising the system from Merrickville up to the end of Big Rideau Lake and back - Fabulous excursion!
